The site www.adimbra.it is a trading site accessible via Internet that allows Adimbra to offer articles (hereinafter “products”) for sale to Internet users who browse the site (hereinafter “users”).
For the application of this document, it is agreed that the user and Adimbra will be collectively referred to as the “parties” and individually referred to as “the party”, and that the user who validated an order by sending payment will therefore be referred to as ” Buyer”. The rights and obligations of the user necessarily apply to the buyer.
Article 1. Application of the general conditions of sale
Any condition that does not comply with Adimbra’s general conditions of sale that the buyer has formulated will be rejected unless Adimbra has expressly and in writing acknowledged their applicability. Adimbra may modify these general conditions of sale at any time, subject to the changes that appear on its site. Adimbra undertakes to accept orders from the buyer under the terms of these general conditions of sale.
Article 2. Products
The products offered for sale by Adimbra are those that appear on the site, on the day of the visit of the site by the user, within the limits of available stocks.
In the event that one of the products is not available, or we do not have availability, or we have any other type of impediment to production or availability, the buyer will be promptly informed by e-mail or telephone.
The buyer will have the option to choose another product offered on the site or to cancel his purchase. The photographs illustrating the products made and sold by Adimbra are indicative, the colors of the materials may be slightly different from reality.
Article 3. Price
Prices are expressed in euros. The prices indicated do not take into account the shipping costs that will be invoiced in addition and will be specified to the User during the final validation of his order.
Article 4. Registration of the order

The User can learn about the various products offered for sale by Adimbra on its website. The user can freely browse the various pages of the site, without being committed to an order.
4.2 Registration of an order
By confirming the order, the buyer accepts all these general conditions of sale made available to him on the site, and acknowledges having full knowledge of them, thus renouncing the right to invoke any contradictory document, and in particular his own conditions.
The deed of purchase implies acceptance of these general conditions of sale. This confirmation and any data that Adimbra has recorded will constitute proof of these transactions.
The order description will be sent by e-mail to the User.
The products will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
Article 5. Delivery
Adimbra will do its best to ensure that the order is shipped as indicated for each type of product, from one to two days after receipt of payment.
Unless otherwise specified, delivery is made to the address indicated by the buyer at the time of the order.
Adimbra declines all responsibility in the event of excessively long delivery times due to couriers, as well as in the event of loss of the products ordered or of a strike. The risks of transport are borne by the buyer, who must make a justified complaint to the person in charge of transport, within three working days of delivery. Furthermore, it is specified that the ownership of the ordered products will not be transferred to the buyer until full payment of the invoiced price, and this includes delivery costs.
However, despite all the care taken by Adimbra in preparing the packages, an article may be missing. Similarly, after the package is transported, one of the items may be damaged. For this reason, upon receipt of his order, the buyer will make sure that the items received are compliant.
Any anomaly concerning the delivery (missing object, wrong model / color combination, damaged package) must be strictly reported, on the same day of receipt or at the latest on the first working day following receipt by e-mail to info@adimbra.it
Any claim presented after this deadline will be released from all liability.
In any case, Adimbra reserves the right to ask the buyer to return the defective product which is the subject of the complaint.
