Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the item / s purchased.

All shipments are tracked.

The products are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment by courier which usually delivers within 5 working days (Monday to Friday, Saturdays and holidays excluded). Times can vary from multiple factors such as destination location, weather, traffic and any unforeseen events.

In the event that we are unable to ship the ordered products within this deadline, you will be promptly notified by e-mail and / or telephone communication, indicating the deadline by which the order will be executed.

Always choose an address where someone can pick up. If you prefer to receive your order at the office or at a concierge, please also indicate the name of the contact person.

It is possible to ship throughout the country with the exception of Livigno – Trepalle and Campione d’Italia; Furthermore, the Services are not available for direct deliveries to San Marino and Vatican City.

Adimbra will entrust the courier with goods that are perfectly intact and corresponding to the order requested.

Upon delivery of the products by the courier, check: that the product or packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or altered.

In case of an anomaly, do not accept the goods and open a complaint directly to the courier, specifying specifically which discrepancies it has found. In the absence of this declaration, you will not be able to raise further complaints about the existence of obvious defects in the products delivered.


All merchandise exchanges must be authorized via email by Adimbra before being shipped. To obtain authorization to return or exchange goods, you must contact us within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order at the email address and follow the directions.

It is possible to request a change of goods at the same price and based on stock availability.

Shipping costs for exchange or return of goods are charged to the customer.

The goods must not have been used, altered or washed.

Each item must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by the original labels and case.

Returned damaged goods may be rejected or returned to the customer at Adimbra’s discretion.

In the case of return to be paid by the customer, the shipment must be traceable through a tracking number, as Adimbra is not responsible for delays or loss of packages.


In accordance with the provisions of Article 59, lett. c) and d) of the Consumer Code, the Consumer Purchaser cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for products made to measure or clearly personalized or which risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly. Furthermore, it cannot exercise the withdrawal in relation to sealed products that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery (Article 59 letter i) of the Consumer Code.

The products for which the right of withdrawal is exercised must be returned within fourteen days from the day on which the Buyer consumer communicated the exercise of the right of withdrawal, substantially intact, in their original packaging, complete with accessories and any manuals, without any lack.

The only costs payable by the Consumer Purchaser for exercising the right of withdrawal are the direct costs of returning the goods, as provided for in Article 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code

Adimbra reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the products subject to the right of withdrawal, or until the Buyer consumer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

If, on the other hand, the methods, conditions and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, as specified in this article, the Consumer Buyer will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid. In this case, the Consumer Purchaser will be able to get back, at his expense, the product in the state in which it was returned to Adimbra. Otherwise, Adimbra may withhold the returned products, in addition to all sums already paid by the Purchaser consumer for the relative purchase. Shipping and transport costs are charged to the Buyer.

In conformità a quanto previsto dall’articolo 59, lett. c) e d) del Codice del Consumo, l’Acquirente consumatore non può esercitare il diritto di recesso per prodotti confezionati su misura o chiaramente personalizzati o che rischiano di deteriorarsi o alterarsi rapidamente. Inoltre, non può esercitare il recesso in relazione a prodotti sigillati che non si prestano ad essere restituiti per motivi igienici o connessi alla protezione della salute e siano stati aperti dopo la consegna (art. 59 lett. i) del Codice del Consumo.

I prodotti per cui viene esercitato il diritto di recesso devono essere restituiti entro quattordici giorni dal giorno in cui l’Acquirente consumatore ha comunicato l’esercizio del diritto di recesso, sostanzialmente integri, nella loro confezione originale, completi degli accessori e degli eventuali manuali, senza alcuna mancanza.

Le sole spese dovute dall’Acquirente consumatore per l’esercizio del diritto di recesso sono le spese dirette di restituzione del bene, come previsto dall’articolo 57, comma 1, del Codice del Consumo

Adimbra si riserva il diritto di trattenere il rimborso finché non abbia ricevuto i prodotti oggetto del diritto di recesso, oppure finché l’Acquirente consumatore non abbia dimostrato di aver rispedito i beni, a seconda di quale situazione si verifichi prima.

Qualora invece non siano rispettate le modalità, le condizioni ed i termini per l’esercizio del diritto di recesso, come specificato in questo articolo, l’Acquirente consumatore non avrà diritto al rimborso delle somme già versate. In tal caso, l’Acquirente consumatore potrà riottenere, a sue spese, il prodotto nello stato in cui è stato restituito ad Adimbra. In caso contrario, Adimbra potrà trattenere i prodotti restituiti, oltre a tutte le somme già corrisposte dall’Acquirente consumatore per il relativo acquisto. Le spese di spedizione e trasporto sono poste a carico dell’Acquirente.
